Day 1: White Water Rafting on the Zambezi River (Livingstone)

Your day begins with an early morning pickup from your hotel. You’ll be transferred to the rafting starting point near the mighty Zambezi River.

Meet your professional rafting guides for a full safety briefing. You’ll receive helmets, life jackets, and paddles, and learn basic paddling techniques and safety procedures.

Descent into Batoka Gorge
Begin your hike down into the dramatic Batoka Gorge, a deep basalt canyon carved by the Zambezi River.

Rafting Adventure Begins
Start your unforgettable rafting experience below Victoria Falls.

• Paddle through powerful Class IV and V rapids, known for their intensity and excitement

• Navigate famous rapids surrounded by towering gorge walls

• Enjoy calm pools between rapids to relax and take in the scenery

• Experience one of the world’s most iconic white-water rafting rivers

Riverside Break & Lunch
Stop along the riverbank for a well-deserved rest. Enjoy snacks or lunch while surrounded by nature.

Continue Rafting
Get back on the water for more thrilling rapids and scenic floating sections through the gorge.

End of Rafting & Gorge Hike Out
Finish the rafting experience and begin the hike out of the gorge (a good workout but very rewarding).

Refreshments & Relaxation
Enjoy cold drinks and relax after your adventure. Optional viewing of photos/videos from your rafting trip.

Transfer to Hotel / Overnight Stay
Return to your hotel in Livingstone or Victoria Falls.
Rest and prepare for the next day’s safari adventure.

Day 2: Chobe National Park Safari (Botswana)

Early Morning Pickup & Transfer to Border
Depart early for the Chobe National Park safari. Travel to the Botswana border (Kazungula).

Border Crossing & Transfer to Kasane
Complete immigration formalities and meet your Botswana safari guide.

Morning Game Drive in Chobe National Park
Start your safari with a guided game drive.

• Spot large herds of elephants, for which Chobe is famous

• See buffalo, giraffes, antelope, and possibly lions

• Learn about wildlife from your expert guide

Lunch in Kasane
Enjoy a relaxing lunch at a lodge or restaurant in Kasane.

Boat Safari on the Chobe River
Head out on a river cruise for a different safari perspective.

• Get close to elephants swimming and drinking at the river

• Spot crocodiles, hippos, and a wide variety of birds

• Enjoy excellent photography opportunities from the water

 Return Transfer to Zambia
Drive back to the border and cross into Zambia.
