The Chobe Day Trip in Botswana
This exciting day trip gives you both a land safari and a river safari in one trip. In the morning game drive, you’ll travel through Chobe National Park with experienced guides who help you find animals in the wild. Along the river’s forested edges you’ll likely see elephants, buffalo, waterbuck and many birds as you drive through the park looking for wildlife.
After lunch in Kasane, the adventure continues with a boat ride on the Chobe River. From the water you get close-up views of hippos and crocodiles, and you’ll also see large elephant herds and other animals drinking and moving along the riverbanks.
You’ll be with experienced guides throughout the day, and they will help you spot many types of wildlife, from elephants and hippos to giraffes, buffalo, zebras, and many kinds of birds. Every part of the trip gives you great chances to take photos and learn about the park’s plants and animals in their natural home.
